“The American Dream” — a nationally syndicated television program — is coming to Steamboat Springs, where it will feature the Paoli Group in a 30-minute, commercial-free show.
“I thought it was actually a really good opportunity for Steamboat and for us,” broker-owner Chris Paoli said. “I think they’re going to lump us in with some other mountain communities — a lot of those are more recognized names.”
“The American Dream” production team has been nominated for an Emmy and the show has become nationally recognized for sharing real stories of neighborhoods and featuring top real estate experts.
Each show highlights a cast of elite Realtors in each market chosen for their expertise in real estate, reputation and recognition from their peers and consumers. The show’s executive producer, Craig Sewing — who is an Inman News nominee for “Most Influential in Real Estate” — hand-picks experts in each market to be positioned as the host and voice for the latest trends in real estate.
“Their whole goal is to showcase the lifestyle associated with locations, and some of the real estate that is already in those areas,” Paoli said. “This is real people, real real estate and real conversations. If you want to learn about a community, this is one way to do it.”
